Weekly Transits – 8/25/2025

We close out August with a potent week of Venusian power-ups, progress and healing, transformative energies.

As Virgo season gets going, Venus, the planet governing our values, connections and pleasure moves into Leo, the sign of creativity, children, confidence and self-expression, activating powerful connections to all the transpersonal planets (and Saturn).

On Monday, after entering Leo, Venus trines Saturn in the first degree of Aries, bringing a stabilizing effect to our relationships and finances. The Sabians activated depict a flowing support for an emerging new feminine-forward reality fueled by justified emotional intensity. Strong support exists in this transit for fair negotiations of better boundaries and balance.

Tuesday, Venus trines Neptune and sextiles Uranus, and we may begin to understand the widespread implications of events playing out both personally and collectively. The trine to Neptune activates our compassion, creativity and spiritual connection while the sextile to Uranus brings opportunities for progressive, innovative and liberating changes to our routines/connections.

On Wednesday, Venus perfects her opposition to Pluto, now back in Aquarius 2 (An unexpected thunderstorm), a connection sure to raise the intensity level within relationships. Oppositions are a release point and culmination of what’s been under construction (since their cycle began 12/7/2024 in Aquarius 1). The intensity is serving the purpose of bringing constructive, empowering change to re-pattern outworn dynamics.

And on Thursday – Uranus and Neptune perfect their first of five exact sextiles (they’ll be making this connection for the next couple years). This powerful transit can fuel progress and help raise the vibration of the collective consciousness.

On Sunday, Mercury, now moving full steam ahead after clearing its retrograde shadow Monday (in Leo 16), makes a healing trine to Chiron from Leo 27 (Daybreak). May we enter September/eclipse season feeling renewed.
