Weekly Transits – 7/14/2025

It’s vibrationally a fiery week as we wrap up an emotional Cancer season and begin the next Mercury retrograde cycle in Leo. Our inspiration and desires to achieve may be high, but collective/uncontrollable influences loom large, potentially dampening and distorting what we may be able to accomplish. As we gear up for Mercury retrograde season on the heels of Saturn and Neptune also reversing course, it’s critical to schedule in extra time for reflection, patience and self-care – a karmic reset is brewing ahead of the 6/24 New Moon.

Mercury stations retrograde on Thursday in Leo 16 – Sunshine just after a storm – an indicator that this retrograde cycle (ending 8/11 in Leo 5, with Mercury clearing its shadow on 8/25) can bring some refreshing relief and renewed self-confidence after a difficult time.

On Friday, Mercury makes a sextile to Venus in Gemini 16 – A woman suffragist haranguing – a helpful transit for communicating our needs, frustrations, emotions and demands.

Saturday, the Sun in Cancer 28 squares Chiron in Aries – a transit that may have us frustrated or wrestling with self doubts.

Sunday vibrates to the 10 of Wands, another indicator that a difficult and burdensome chapter could be ending as Cancer season comes to a close. Starting next Monday, the daily tarot vibrations switch from fire to water as the Sun does the reverse, moving from water (Cancer) into fire (Leo).
