Weekly Transits – 4/1/2024

April starts with Mercury stationing retrograde at 5:14pm CST 4/1 (not an April fools joke!). It stations (appears to stop before it starts appearing to go backwards from our vantage point here on earth) at 27°13′ of Aries which has the Sabian Symbol “A large disappointed audience” – a degree which teaches us that living authentically and keeping our word is more important than receiving applause. Mercury will be retrograde until 4/25 (and won’t clear its shadow till May), giving us an opportunity to RE-everything: revisit, reprioritize, review, renew, repattern, refresh. Remember – retrogrades aren’t things to fret about – just double check your communications/details and consider waiting to initiate or commit to any major endeavors until May.

Venus makes the only two major aspects this week: She meets up with Neptune in Pisces 29 (A prism) this Wednesday which may be a day of creative inspiration and opportunity to differentiate yourself based on the things you love. Then on Saturday, she makes a sextile to Pluto giving us another opportunity to check in on how we’re repatterning our lives to stay true to our values. A sweet and empowering gift may arise this week ahead of next Monday’s Total Solar Eclipse in Aries.

The social and outer planets are almost all making 1-degree shifts this week – this is a rare occurrence, so despite there being very few exact aspects between planets this week, I expect us to feel a real momentum shift – See last Wednesday’s post for more details!

Between the heavy Pisces energies still present, Mercury Rx and the eclipses, this Aries season is really a more reflective and introspective time than a typical action-oriented Aries season. Check out the video reel I made that covers all April’s highlights – this month is 👀
