Weekly Transits – 3/25/2024

This week kicks off with a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Libra 6 – see yesterday’s post for the details on this, the first of two eclipses this Spring.

After the eclipse, there is a bit of a lull in transits, but the momentum of life may be picking up the pace as the Sun and Mercury zip through Aries. Venus will join them next week after she makes a sextile to the great awakener, Uranus on Thursday. Mercury has entered its shadow zone however, and in a week (not an April fool’s joke), it will go retrograde and revisit all these degree points again. So while the pace may be increasing, expect to be revising, revisiting, reworking and restructuring things in the weeks to come.

With Mars, the ruler of Aries, just starting his journey through Pisces season – our start to spring may be less “get up and go” than a typical Aries season. And with these eclipses, there’s a good chance surprises and unexpected turns will arise, so it’s best to surrender any attachments to specific outcomes or how events will play out and just enjoy the ride.

Jupiter moves through Taurus 17 (A battle between the swords and the torches) and ends the week in Taurus 18 (A woman holding a bag out of a window) – these Sabians are part of Sabian Expression 10: Awakening and Taurus 18 encourages us to let go of our attachment to ego and approach life with an open mind.

Saturn moves into Pisces 14 (A lady in fox fur) – a technique/method Sabian in Expression 69: Dedication – this degree teaches us ways to protect our energy during potentially tumultuous times.

April brings some big astrology with a second eclipse on April 8th and the upcoming Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in Taurus, so use this last week of March to awaken your values, protect your energy and hold an optimistic and open mind about the future!
