“Channel your aggression wisely” – this week begins with the Sun in my namesake degree (An old adobe mission), which asks us to focus on our built structures, systems and spiritual foundations. Do they reflect our values? Will they stand the test of time? What will outlive us?

On Tuesday, the Sun enters Aquarius 2 (An unexpected thunderstorm), making an illuminating and powerful conjunction with Pluto, the great transformer. Expect revealing insights on what’s been going on behind closed doors, in the darkness, or under the surface. Ultimately the truths revealed will move us towards a brighter future. Mercury squares Chiron this day too – fellowship with others may bring opportunities for healing.

On Wednesday, my adobe mission celebrates its 1st Solar Return! I launched this website exactly when Pluto made its conjunction with my natal Venus in Aquarius 1. Now Pluto sits on my natal midheaven (Aquarius 2) and will soon spend much of the year in my adobe mission’s Sun degree (Aquarius 3 – A deserter from the navy) – a degree related to the refusal to accept the unacceptable. Challenge accepted.

Thursday, Mercury and Mars are both positively aspected by Uranus while they exactly oppose each other in Capricorn/Cancer 24, two symbols that start with “A woman…”. Uranus, the disruptive, liberating force in these transits sits in a degree related to channeling our aggression while the two personal planets sit in degrees related to harmonization and dedication to the sacred. This powerful trio of transits may bring up some tug-of-war energies, impulsive tendencies, and stimulating conversations. If you’re open to receiving constructive feedback, these conversations may lead to some innovative new solutions.

On Saturday, Venus trines Mars in Cancer 23, a degree related to learning the hidden language of image and metaphor (this degree also happens to be my natal North Node). Venus and Mercury end the week in sextiles to Uranus and Neptune, stimulating our imagination and giving our relationships a boost.
