New Moon Total Solar Eclipse in Aries – 4/8/2024

Monday’s New Moon Total Solar Eclipse is EXACTLY conjunct Chiron at 19°24’ of Aries and is easily the most influential New Moon of the year. The events that precipitate from this eclipse season have the potential to trigger our wounds and promote profound healing for us individually and collectively over the next 6 months.

The Tarot for this eclipse includes The Emperor (Aries’ card) and The Tower (Mars rules Aries) – global Tower moments are likely (as are personal ones…depending on how this eclipse hits your chart). The eclipse occurs in the 2nd decan of Aries, ruled by the Sun, which is being eclipsed (more Tower energy!) This is the last of 3 decans the Queen of Wands holds dominion over – her courageous and determined approach to life is reaching a culmination, and the 3 of Wands holds the energy of looking ahead into the future, awaiting what comes next.
