According to @bellwen’s I Ching the Oracle, Hex21 can be an omen of criminal legal suits and governmental matters where an imbalance of power is present. For Hex 21.5 she notes, “Forceful action has already been taken, and a change in circumstance has resulted…” Hex48 relates to tensions arising from an idealogical struggle. “Society may change, but people’s primitive needs never do…to succeed, reach deep into the people’s hearts...” Hex 48.5 specifically can “prognosticate a great leader who brings prosperity to all…” We’ll believe it when we see it, right? 😂
