Weekly Transits – 8/18/2025

As we conclude a busy Leo season, we’re integrating lessons related to our motivation, creative gifts and inspiration so we may be of greater service to others as Virgo season begins. 

It’s a great week (with a LOT of void-of-course Moon) to declutter, wrap up loose ends, finish projects and receive clarity on what’s not meant to come with you into the future.

We begin the week with the 2nd Mercury/Mars sextile as Mercury is now direct and gaining speed in Leo. Our motivation benefits greatly from this connection – take advantage! On Tuesday, the Sun makes a waxing trine to Chiron in Aries, activating Sabians that could bring a flowing “ah-ha” moment to our healing journey.

On Friday, we begin Virgo Season and Venus makes a square to Chiron – A crisis of self-worth or confidence may compel us to step into our inner authority and take action. Virgo season brings efficiency and careful discernment to our actions which can turn the creative pursuits of Leo season into acts of service and care.

On Saturday, the New Moon in the first degree of Virgo will bring opportunity for liberating new starts and surprise awakenings. More to come soon on this lunation and its correspondences which are uniquely tied to the 3/14/25 Virgo Full Moon Lunar Eclipse.

Sunday, we close the week with a first quarter square between the Sun in Virgo and Uranus in Gemini. The time for action has arrived…its form and direction may come as a surprise. Stay open to miracles.
