Monthly Transits – March 2025

March holds the most intense energy of 2025. We start the month with the Moon moving into Aries where it will meet up with Venus stationing retrograde in Aries 11 – The president of the country – a Sabian symbol related to self-discipline, taking control, willpower and the democratic process. 

On March 2nd, Mercury meets up with Neptune for the 1st of 2 times this month given its retrograde which begins the day after a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. Yep – it’s eclipse season folks! Stay tuned for my correspondence guides on these two very powerful lunations. While eclipse seasons always come with intensity, surprises and events that reverberate for months to come, this particular one comes with major endings energy.  The number of planets converging in the last degrees of Pisces and crossing over the Aries Point/World Axis over the next month is unlike any astrology civilization has seen in human history.

The Sun will move into Aries on the 20th of March after making conjunctions to both Saturn (3/12) and Neptune (3/19). It will then meet up with Venus and Mercury who will experience their re-birth cazimis on 3/22 and 3/24 before they both re-enter Pisces on 3/27 (Venus) and 3/29 (Mercury). March 29 also hosts the Aries New Moon Solar Eclipse, the day before Neptune enters Aries for the first time since 1861 (the start of the Civil War).

Amidst the intensity around the Pisces/Aries axis point, we are blessed with multiple personal planet sextiles to Pluto in Aquarius throughout the month.  Pluto has now moved into the 4th degree of Aquarius: A Hindu healer, a degree that helps us refine our technique for tapping into our own creative and spiritual solutions when logical and rational approaches seem to be failing us.
