Weekly Transits – 2/17/2025

“Tend to the essential, small details and surrender the rest”

This fiery, wands-filled week sees the Sun enter Pisces, the final sign of the zodiac, amplifying the build up of very powerful #piscespileup #ariespoint activations peaking late March through May which are some of the hallmark energies of 2025/2026. As the Sun leaves Aquarius, the fixed, heady sign of the collective, and enters the mutable watery realm of Pisces, we can stop trying to solve things with our intellectual mind and instead tap into our mind’s eye – faithfully trusting our intuition and the rhythms of the universe to guide us forward.

Thursday’s square between Mercury and Jupiter could bring us some mixed messages, stories too good to be true and confusion between the facts, details and big picture. Be careful not to rush to judgements, be over critical or assume the worst when consuming or sharing information. Stick to only facts you know to be true, and remain faithful and hopeful for the bigger picture.

Sunday’s long-awaited Mars station will be a significant momentum shifter as the planet of our drive and ambition has been retrograde since December 2024. On the day of its station, Mars also trines Mercury in Pisces 18 – A gigantic tent, a degree related to the collective fervor surrounding a well-staged event. Mars will slowly start moving forward again from Cancer 18 – A hen scratching for her chicks – pulling focus to themes of tending to the essential details of our lives, sustenance, and nurturing our young.

Mars will be revisiting degrees in the Cancer expressions of Maturing, Centring and Uniting throughout Feb, March and April. Mars re-enters Leo on April 18, not clearing its retrograde shadow until May 2 when it passes Leo 7 (The constellations in the sky).

Expect to start seeing forward momentum on many of the areas of life where action may have been stalled or blocked since December 2024.
